Breathwork, resilience, and self-care to reclaim your flow at work and in life.

Mindfulness and breathwork for BIPOC communities to reclaim our flow at work and in life.

Trained in India, Zee Clarke is a Harvard MBA that went from leading teams at Fortune 500 companies and startups in Silicon Valley to teaching mindfulness and breathwork.

With the Breathwork@Work™ program, she teaches powerful tools to improve mental health and well-being in the workplace. Her book, Black People Breathe, along with the Black@Work™ program helps people of color thrive despite the chronic stress caused by microaggressions and systemic racism.

Founder, Zhalisa "Zee" Clarke has spent over 20 years in corporate environments from brands like Citigroup, American Express, and Bain to tech startups in Silicon Valley. After experiencing a number of challenges in the workplace from disparate treatment around salary and promotions, to being the only Black person on leadership teams, to extensive microaggressions from colleagues, she decided that rather than waiting for the work environment to change, she would take the time to learn tools and methodologies to help her find a sense of grounding and balance so that her performance would not be impacted.
